Mark H. Aronowitz concentrates his practice in the area of real estate law. Mr. Aronowitz represents individuals, corporations and other entities in the acquisition or sale of real estate. His practice includes residential and commercial real estate closings, consultation on title and property related issues, negotiations relative to short sales and review of loan and other transactional documentation. Mr. Aronowitz also will represent individuals with respect to mortgage re-financing and debt related issues. 

Mr. Aronowitz has performed multiple presentations and seminars relative to the law and practical operation of residential real estate closings before various audiences including many different real estate agencies and agents.

In these uncertain times, Mark is fully ready, willing and able to continue to represent his clients in all aspects of real estate. He is still closing transactions on behalf of their clients and taking on new contracts for real estate. It is more important than ever for clients to have the appropriate legal protections as they engage in the purchase or sale of their homes.
